Delivery in Pakistan

Standard delivery charges are PKR 200 per order. For clothing orders, delivery is free on orders of PKR 5,000 or more. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout. Delivery is subject to courier service availability at your address.

Delivery estimates

The standard delivery estimate for clothing orders is 5–8 business days. Timing depends on your location, stock availability and courier operations. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, weather or courier disruptions may cause delays.

Order details and delivery issues

Please provide your complete address and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting, an order is delayed or a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Requests to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
